What We Are Looking For
We seek top talent in the industry to support Bizagi's rapid expansion across Latam. The primary goal of this role is to execute the administrative processes within the department, adhering to established rules and procedures, preparing necessary documentation to ensure timely results and the smooth operation of financial activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the Finance Operations Department
• Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and address their requests
• Collect, organize, and generate payment orders for vendors
• Assist with the information security assessments of new vendors
• Aid the Invoice and Purchasing Analyst in safeguarding client purchase records
• Manage RFx Central requests from clients, directing them to the appropriate teams for completion, and consolidating requirements for submission to the sales account executive
• Keep our company information current to respond to RFx Central inquiries.

Educational and Professional Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Experience
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in administrative or finance operations teams.
Language Proficiency
• Intermediate level of English
