In this role, you will engage in comprehensive financial activities, transactions, and data organization under the supervision of the Finance Manager. Implement elements of financial planning and performance management processes, which may involve Annual Contract planning/forecasting, target setting, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling, and decision support for a specific scope within a region, business unit, country, Supply Chain, Mondelēz International Business Services, or Corporate Finance team. You will also carry out data collection and integrity verification. Foster a robust controls and compliance environment within your area of responsibility, ensuring adherence to our policies. Conduct ad hoc analyses and projects as requested by the Senior Finance Manager (or Director). Support initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiencies and improving operational practices while embracing a mindset of continuous improvement. TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in financial analysis and data organization. BUSINESS ACUMEN with a foundational understanding of our business, the consumer packaged goods sector, and the local snacking market. Relevant experience in a regional or sizable local business is preferred. LEADERSHIP SKILLS, including collaboration and communication abilities within a larger Finance team. A team player with a proactive attitude to achieve results. A minimum of 4 years' experience in finance roles, primarily in FP&A. Proficiency in English. Strong communication skills. Ideally, experience in mass consumption or related industries.Business Unit Overview
