Key Responsibilities- Requirements Gathering and Design: Facilitate requirements gathering and design sessions with stakeholders to extract requirements and turn them into use cases, user stories, sequence diagrams, etc.
- Joint Application Design Solutioning: Lead joint application design solutioning sessions with architecture, development, and product owners to provide high-level estimates for large and medium-sized initiatives.
- Technical Requirements Analysis: Analyze and develop technical requirements based on solution documentation.
- Business and Technical Requirements Integrity: Ensure integrity of business and technical requirements in the end-to-end customer journey.
- Enterprise Process Engineering: Lead enterprise process engineering development across infrastructure, Security, DevOps, and cryptography teams.
- Product Backlog Management: Create, refine, and maintain the product backlog and associated deliverables; release backlog with forecasted delivery timelines.
- Business and IT Alignment: Bridge the gap between business and IT, ensuring common understanding and IT/Business alignment of both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Engineering Practices Improvement: Help improve and drive our engineering practices by providing valuable inputs and suggestions.
- Stakeholder and Executive Communication: Provide stakeholder and executive communication, conflict resolution, negotiation, and relationship building.
- Production Problem Resolution: Take the lead in resolving production problems and deployment of bug fixes.
- Architecture and Design: Assist in architecture and designs of solutions.
- Senior Management Support: Assist Senior Management with various tasks such as creation of roadmaps, resource and capacity planning, team coordination, etc.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in a challenging IT system solution environment.
- BSA Artifacts Creation: Highly experienced in creating BSA artifacts – user stories, sequence diagrams, data flows, etc.
- Software Delivery Practices: Experience and good knowledge of software delivery practices, disciplines, tools, and methodologies.
- Scrum Master/Delivery Lead Capacity: Knowledge in Scrum master/delivery lead capacity.
- Multi-tasking and Initiative Management: Must have the ability to multi-task and work on multiple initiatives at the same time.
- Staying Current: Stay current on the tools and approaches that work best.
- Team Player: Team Player; enjoy collaborating with, learning from, and teaching others.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Engineering or Computer Science.
