We're looking for a skilled Operations Corporate Support Manager to join our dynamic LATAM Commercial team at Worldpay. This role is crucial in ensuring a positive and consistent relationship between our Operations teams and other internal teams, as well as external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for the Operations team, supporting problem resolution and ensuring the correct operation of the acquiring product.
  • Analyze how issues or planned changes in the operation might impact other teams or external customers.
  • Provide critical support to the Development and Product teams with planned change validations.
  • Monitor the overall performance of the assigned product and market operation, identifying issues, proposing solutions, and improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure the correct configuration of clients in the system/platform.
  • Coordinate with clients, relationship managers, and other areas to ensure clients are properly serviced and operational arrangements are in place.

  • Effective people skills and sensitivities when dealing with other teams and external partners.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Prior banking or finance-related experience is a plus.
