At Prgx Global, Inc., we're looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team. With a focus on maximizing revenue recovery and driving margin improvement, this role will play a critical part in ensuring the integrity of our data and driving sales excellence across the organization.

Job Summary: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience using Salesforce, with a strong understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Experience is preferred, as is certification as a Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201). We're looking for someone who can think creatively about process improvement and has excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profile management, role hierarchy, permission sets, and custom fields.
  • Customize Salesforce to meet business requirements, including creating custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process builder flows.
  • Perform regular data maintenance tasks, including data cleansing, de-duplication, and data migration.
  • Stay up to date with system releases, new features, and best practices, evaluating and recommending updates, enhancements, and third-party integrations to improve performance and user experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience using Salesforce; proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as Salesforce administrator.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) required; additional certifications such as Sales Cloud Consultant or Platform App Builder are a plus.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
