As a Senior Global Key Account Manager at PayU, you will be responsible for expanding our business and building long-term relationships with our merchants. You will design strategic plans to ensure profitability and permanence, manage internal projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in sales or key account management, preferably in the payments and fintech industry. Strong engagement, drive, influencing, persuasive selling, and negotiation skills are essential. Excellent stakeholder management, budget management, forecasting, pricing, and account profitability reviews are also required.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design strategic plans for merchants to ensure profitability and permanence
  • Manage internal projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Build and maintain product knowledge and provide feedback to product and sales management
  • Frequent analysis of customer payment behavior to provide valuable market and consumer insights

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Minimum of 7 years relevant experience in sales or key account management
  • Previous experience in payments and fintech industry is a plus
  • Strong engagement, drive, influencing, persuasive selling, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and budget management skills
  • A strategic mindset and ability to identify business opportunities
