**Job Description**

Our Bogota office is currently seeking a Senior Advisory Consultant to join our Advisory team. The ideal candidate will be based in the Bogota office, working on a variety of engagements across the Americas, providing advice to clients on infrastructure project procurement, structuring, and financing.

This role requires expertise in private sector participation and sustainability principles, with a focus on infrastructure projects, including transportation, energy, water, telecommunications, and others.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead teams for deal advisory, due diligence, monitoring during construction and O&M stages, and consulting projects
  • Conduct business planning, economic, contractual, and/or financial analysis as required for each project assignment
  • Prepare financial models for feasibility assessment, fund raising, value for money assessments, infrastructure M&A transaction support, procurement (shadow-models) and acquisition bid case development
  • Manage multi-disciplinary teams and mentor and develop mid-level/junior staff to develop analytical and consulting skills
  • Develop, manage, and lead client relationships and engagements by leveraging internal and external resources focusing on quality deliverables

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

We're looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture or similar, and a minimum of 6-10 years of relevant technical advisory and/or project management experience, or 8+ years if you hold an MBA or a master's degree in finance.

Apart from a strong academic background, we need someone with advanced written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills in English, with experience in infrastructure project delivery, project financing, and expertise in delivering impactful infrastructure projects aligned with a sustainable development agenda.
