Job Description
Als Customer Service Team Lead sind Sie verantwortlich für die Leitung eines Teams von Kundenbetreuern. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen die Überwachung des Team-Performance-Metriken und die Gewährleistung, dass alle Servicelevelvereinbarungen (SLAs) erfüllt werden. Sie sind auch dafür zuständig, eingehende Kundenanfragen und Beschwerden zu bearbeiten und Lösungen anzubieten. Darüber hinaus arbeiten Sie eng mit anderen Funktionsteams zusammen, um Prozesse zu verbessern, den Kundenerlebnis zu optimieren und Geschäftsziele zu erreichen.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Um diese Rolle erfolgreich ausüben zu können, benötigen Sie folgende Fähigkeiten und Qualifikationen:
- Erfahrung in einem Call-Center-Umfeld ist wünschenswert.
- Erfahrung im Finanzdienstleistungssektor ist ein signifikanter Vorteil.
Zusätzlich sollten Sie über einen Bachelor-Abschluss in einem relevanten Bereich oder eine entsprechende Kombination aus Bildung und beruflicher Erfahrung verfügen.
