About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Transactional Account Manager to join our team at BBVA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of transactional accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of transactional accounts, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, increasing revenue and market share
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve processes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Requirements
  • Proven experience in transactional account management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends and regulatory requirements
