About the Role
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a leading provider of cloud infrastructure and services, enabling businesses to innovate and grow. As an Enterprise Account Manager for Latin America, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, adoption, and market penetration in strategic accounts across the region.

About You
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in enterprise software, cloud, or SaaS markets. You should have experience selling to C-level executives and possess a strong understanding of cloud computing and its applications. Your expertise will enable you to develop and execute comprehensive account plans, drive revenue growth, and build long-term strategic relationships with key customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute against a comprehensive account plan, focusing on driving revenue growth and market share in assigned accounts.
  • Engage with C-level stakeholders to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive lead generation and relationship building.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer success, to ensure seamless execution of account strategies.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud, or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives.
  • 10+ years of business development, partner development, sales, or alliances management experience.

Bonus Requirements
  • Experience proactively growing customer relationships within an account while expanding their understanding of the customer's business.
  • Experience developing detailed go-to-market plans.
