We are seeking an experienced AWS Enterprise Support Manager to join our team. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of technical support to our enterprise customers. You will work closely with our global engineering and service teams to resolve customer issues and ensure that our customers' AWS environments remain operationally healthy.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the delivery of technical support to Enterprise customers.
  • Work closely with our global engineering and service teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Ensure that our customers' AWS environments remain operationally healthy.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality technical support to customers.
