About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Bruntwork. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound phone calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Troubleshoot remote key issues by asking targeted questions to identify the root cause of the problem.
  • Provide accurate and timely assistance to resolve customer concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate manager or team when necessary.
Requirements:
  • MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a phone-based support role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
