Human Resources Manager for Latin America

**About the Role:**
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for resolving and/or escalating coworker and manager questions and challenges. This role assists in the development, implementation, and administration of human resources programs, practices, and procedures.
Key responsibilities include managing questions and issues from coworkers and managers, determining escalations and resolution through company programs and policies, and acting as an Employee Relations Manager.
The HR Generalist will also support managing and driving Incentive Plan programs for the LAC region, creating presentations/FAQs, running Workday reports, and ensuring Workday transactions are approved in a timely manner.
Additionally, this role supports succession planning and talent management initiatives of LAC executives, conducts and analyzes exit interviews, and makes actionable recommendations based on data.
The HR Generalist will act as a culture champion to ensure a culture that focuses on engagement, continuous improvement, cultural awareness, and high performance. Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with training, including safety training, anti-harassment training, development, and other training assigned by client groups.
This role partners with HR COEs and HRBPs to collaboratively implement HR programs and policies. Collaborates with other business partners (Finance, Legal, IT) to complete projects and meet operational needs. Works with Facilities regarding any coworker needs.
**What We're Looking For:**
We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional with 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in HR, including familiarity with all areas of HR. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A Bachelor's Degree with Business/HR or related field is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Workday is necessary.
**Estimated Salary:** $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
