**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Solutions Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and servicing a defined list of clients, ensuring maximum value is gained through proactive account management and market consultancy. Your expertise in data analysis, presentation skills, and ability to work with senior stakeholders will be crucial in driving client satisfaction and revenue growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage extensive lists of defined clients within the Tech and Durables industry, meeting global and local account management standards
- Consult with existing clients to intensify relationships and identify opportunities for GfK's penetration into their business
- Create impactful presentations with fact-based insights through analysis of sales data using GfK data tools
- Deliver confident standalone presentations to all levels of seniority, answering client questions as a trusted market expert
- Lead training on data solution tools to support clients in maximizing service value
- Oversee new product-based projects from inception to sale/delivery, ensuring clear communication with internal parties
- Analyze and report on sales trends for internal and external publications, highlighting opportunities for growth
- Manage weekly and monthly report production, ensuring quality checks are met
- Achieve maximum revenue budgets for set lists of clients and support acquiring new clients within the country
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you should have advanced analytical and presentation skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a basic understanding of project management. You should also possess knowledge of retail audit methodology and hold a strong command of the English language.
