Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Urology Sales Executive to join our team in Columbia, SC.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the medical device industry. They will be responsible for establishing and maintaining professional relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and communicating the value propositions of our products to customers.

This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to negotiate and adapt to changing work priorities. The successful candidate will also have strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities
  1. Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas for UroLift and Barrigel products.
  2. Develop and maintain territory plans outlining sales objectives and areas of opportunity for both product lines.
  3. Provide accurate monthly forecasts for the defined area for both UroLift and Barrigel products.
  4. Cultivate and nurture relationships with key customers and KOLs within the region.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate current market conditions and develop accounts to adopt UroLift and Barrigel products.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the medical device industry.
  • Operating room experience is essential.

$80,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience and performance. Travel required up to 60% of the time.
