Customer Service Liaison

Job Summary
As a Customer Service Liaison at Bruntwork, you will be responsible for engaging with our consultants, providing exceptional customer service, and escalating issues internally. This role requires strong English communication skills, organizational abilities, and the capacity to self-manage with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with our consultants to provide top-notch customer service
• Conduct follow-up calls, gather consultant feedback, and escalate issues internally
• Onboard and offboard new consultants
• Manage contract extensions and ensure signed contracts are returned
• Post open IT roles using our CRM to various job boards
• Manage the Info Email inbox and forward candidates to respective recruiters
• Forward client/sales inquiries to account managers
• Perform general office duties, including ordering supplies
• Provide basic support to the CEO and CFO
Requirements
• Strong English communication skills
• Strong English grammar in writing emails
• Organized and able to self-manage with minimal supervision
• Independent contractor with a steady freelance job
