Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing and Revenue Analytics Leader to join our team at Johnson & Johnson. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a challenging role that requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and leadership abilities.
About the Role
This position will be responsible for coordinating efforts between sales, strategic pricing, and finance teams specifically for the creation, administration, and insights provision of revenue analytics for the cluster and LATAM region in the MedTech industry. Key responsibilities include ensuring regional insights and forecasts are incorporated into Franchise plans, providing market strategy expertise and leadership to managers, property leadership teams, and sales leaders, and managing the pricing & revenue management deliverables related to Profit and Loss (PnL) by account, update, governance, and maintenance with different areas and stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure regional insights and forecasts are incorporated into Franchise plans
- Provide market strategy expertise and leadership to managers, property leadership teams, and sales leaders
- Manage the pricing & revenue management deliverables related to PnL by account, update, governance, and maintenance with different areas and stakeholders
- Ability to train and lead the Commercial, Marketing, and Finance teams on RM understanding and deployment within the organization
- Manage the different revenue forecast deliverables and advanced analytics using predictive pricing & revenue analytics
- Carry out the revenue data & methodology governance for the cluster
- Maintain follow-up of revenue execution variables connecting with different company teams to drive insights and lead by influence the revenue propelling in the cluster/region
- Develop and implement pricing models to identify business gaps and opportunities
- Continuously improve analytical methodologies, insights, and tools to advance our RM capabilities
- Drives the execution of the strategy
- Ensure proper processes of loading prices
- Be part of special projects
Requirements
We are looking for a proactive individual with strong analytical and numerical skills, business and financial acumen, and excellent communication skills and interpersonal relations. The ideal candidate should have experience working effectively with cross-functional teams, global orientation, and attention to detail. A graduate degree is required, and between 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics handling large databases and analytics delivery is preferred.
Location
The role will be based in Bogotá, Colombia. We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
