Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients by understanding their strategic goals and technical needs.
- Deliver value through customized technical solutions and proactive account management.
- Work closely with clients to deliver technical solutions and ensure successful outcomes.
- Manage long-term client relationships and foster loyalty and satisfaction.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues independently and collaboratively.
- Align technical solutions with client goals and objectives, ensuring that technology drives business success and adds tangible value.
- Articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to stakeholders of varying technical backgrounds.
- Fluent in English (C1-C2): Exceptional proficiency in both spoken and written English, capable of engaging effectively with clients and internal teams.
- 5+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in technical consulting or client-facing roles, ideally in fast-paced SaaS and startup environments.
- In-depth understanding of SaaS platforms and familiarity with the unique technical and operational challenges of the startup ecosystem.
- Expertise in building trust and rapport with clients by understanding their technical and non-technical needs.
- Focused on achieving results through proactive problem-solving, ensuring that all tasks and projects are completed efficiently, even under tight deadlines.
- Strong ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues independently and collaboratively.
- Adept at aligning technical solutions with client goals and objectives, ensuring that technology drives business success and adds tangible value.
- Background in business analysis and project management, particularly in environments requiring deep technical knowledge and the ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to stakeholders of varying technical backgrounds.
- Thorough understanding of the organization's products and services, including their underlying technologies, configurations, and integration methods.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize technical projects, from initial assessment through deployment and ongoing support, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Expertise in creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation, such as architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and troubleshooting manuals to support both internal teams and clients.
- Familiar with cybersecurity principles and best practices to ensure that all solutions and client systems are secure and protected against potential threats.
- Agile certifications (Scrum Master, PMP, PMI) are a plus.
- Knowledge of diverse technology stacks, such as Cloud platforms, Python, React, and APIs.
- Knowledge of Zoho, JSON, and project management tools like Jira, with the ability to integrate these technologies into client solutions.
- Passionate about finding innovative and effective ways to solve complex technical problems for clients, with a focus on delivering optimal results.
- Strong focus on building and maintaining client relationships. Committed to delivering value through personalized technical solutions that align with the client's goals.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. Collaborative and open to input from cross-functional teams to ensure the best solutions are delivered.
- Strong technical acumen across various platforms, products, and technologies. Able to quickly assess technical environments and offer well-informed, creative solutions.
- Highly organized with a talent for managing multiple projects, priorities, and tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Capable of working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Skilled at explaining technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences, ensuring clients and stakeholders are always aligned and informed.
