About the Role

Bizagi LATAM S.A.S is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a BDR, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, working closely with our sales team to develop leads into sales pipeline, and researching accounts to generate interest in our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and qualify prospective customers through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calling.
  2. Work closely with your sales executive to further develop the lead into the sales pipeline.
  3. Research accounts, identify key contacts, and generate interest in Bizagi's product portfolio.
  4. Participate in weekly team meetings and department strategy sessions.
  5. Maximize referral potentials.
  6. Qualify potential customers.
  7. Ensure the company meets revenue and profit goals.
  8. Research and develop new business contacts and opportunities and prepare presentations accordingly.
  9. Create a strategy to approach clients using digital tools.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with 1 year of experience in prospecting net new customers, a willingness to work outside of the box, and strong sales and commercial skills. A professional degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is required. High level of English is a must (B2-C1), and Portuguese is desirable.
