Key Responsibilities:

  5. Participate in weekly team meetings and department strategy sessions to stay aligned with company goals.
  6. Maximize referral potential and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in prospecting and qualifying new business leads.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Basic industry knowledge and a high level of English proficiency (B2-C1).
  • Portuguese language skills are a plus.
