Project Manager at ITOS: Lead the Way in HR and Payroll Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at ITOS, a leading provider of integrated HR and payroll solutions. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering successful projects that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Project Scope Definition: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project goals and scope, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Project Plan Development: Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, required resources, and budgets, to ensure project success.
- Resource Management: Allocate and manage human, technological, and financial resources to drive project progress and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Risk and Issue Management: Identify, analyze, and mitigate potential risks, as well as resolve issues that may arise during the project, to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets.
- Team Coordination and Supervision: Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear understanding of roles and responsibilities, and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress, make adjustments as necessary, and provide regular reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality controls to ensure payroll solutions meet established requirements and standards, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Training and Support: Coordinate client staff training and provide post-implementation support to ensure a smooth transition and ensure clients are fully utilizing the payroll solutions.
