Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Senior Engagement Manager to lead our ServiceNow projects in LATAM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and experience working with Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead ServiceNow projects in LATAM, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members to ensure their growth and development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • ServiceNow Sys Admin Certification (desired).
  • SCRUM Master or PMP Certifications (a plus).
  • Experience with Agile Methodologies (strongly preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management, ideally for large ITSM implementations.
  • PM experience with application development projects.
  • Experience in the calculation and management of KPIs.
  • Experience working as a direct point of contact with external, English-speaking clients.
  • Experience working in Bilingual Environments.
  • Able to take control of the project independently.
  • Able to speak up and bring ideas and opinions to clients when needed.
  • Very proactive.
  • Experience with risk management.
  • English level: B2+
