About the Role

Loyalty Specialist

At Teleperformance, we're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As a Loyalty Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting our telecommunications commercial account.

  1. Provide top-notch service by being an active listener and utilizing commercial skills to attract and persuade.
  2. Work with confidential customer information while treating it with sensitivity.
  3. Focus on resolving interactions on the first contact by being proactive, patient, and understanding.

About You

  1. You're an advanced English speaker who's empathetic, responsible, and proactive.
  2. You're an interaction expert with a commercial profile.
  3. You're a good listener who enjoys helping others by recognizing customer needs.

What We Offer

  1. A salary of $2,535,238
  2. Performance Bonuses - Up to 15%
  3. Adherence bonus - 10%
  4. 40 hours per week - 2 days off (one of them is Sunday)
