Loyalty Specialist

As a Loyalty Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting our telecommunications commercial account.
- Provide top-notch service by being an active listener and utilizing commercial skills to attract and persuade.
- Work with confidential customer information while treating it with sensitivity.
- Focus on resolving interactions on the first contact by being proactive, patient, and understanding.
About You
- You're an advanced English speaker who's empathetic, responsible, and proactive.
- You're an interaction expert with a commercial profile.
- You're a good listener who enjoys helping others by recognizing customer needs.
What We Offer
- A salary of $2,535,238
- Performance Bonuses - Up to 15%
- Adherence bonus - 10%
- 40 hours per week - 2 days off (one of them is Sunday)
