Key Responsibilities- Identify and Develop Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the USA and Europe, including roasters and coffee industry professionals.
- Cultivate and Grow Existing Relationships: Foster and expand existing relationships with current customers, ensuring long-term partnerships and loyalty.
- Provide Aftersales Service: Offer exceptional customer service, including product support and feedback collection, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordinate International Buyer Trips: Plan and execute international buyer trips to facilitate business development and relationship-building opportunities.
- Support Business Shows: Coordinate and participate in national and international business shows to promote Sunterra SAS's products and services.
- Update Customer Database: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our CRM system.
