Tracking Coordinator

As a Tracking Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring we exceed our client's KPI expectations. You will be the primary liaison between our Carrier Sales Representatives, Account Operations Team, and our partner carriers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner carriers to drive collaboration and mutual success.
- Monitor and manage loading, unloading, and appointment processes, ensuring timely communication with customers regarding delays, missed appointments, and late arrivals.
- Identify potential problems and proactively address them to minimize disruptions.
- Communicate effectively with our Account Operations and Carrier Sales Teams to ensure seamless coordination and issue resolution.
- Demonstrate exceptional professionalism, positive attitude, and telephone etiquette in all interactions.
- Provide support to other team members as needed to ensure a collaborative and productive work environment.
