Sovereign's Capital is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Program Director to spearhead future technologies and solutions for our esteemed clients. This opportunity enables you to interact with leading companies globally and have a profound impact on providing meaningful work for our workforce. As a seasoned program director, you will design, configure, and operate custom solutions to complement our technology stack for clients' specific business and compliance requirements. This role balances client-facing work and behind-the-scenes tasks, including data analysis, design, testing, and project delivery.

  • Technology: You will be working with cutting-edge technology solutions, requiring a strong interest in technology and passion for using it to create value for clients.
  • Client-Facing Skills: Day-to-day responsibilities involve communicating with clients via phone or email, necessitating strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data: Analyzing and understanding client data is crucial, as it influences client system design; you must be eager to comprehend data relationships and their interplay with business requirements.
  • Collaboration: You will work closely with Product and Solution Consultants to identify, report, and manage features necessary for project success and ongoing delivery workflow in production.

This position demands a flexible problem solver who thinks long-term, capable of addressing immediate needs while documenting best practices for wider application in our delivery department. You will need to become an expert in multiple industries, use-cases, and tools, under pressure. A confident, humble, adventurous, data-driven, natural problem solver, and resourceful individual is ideal for this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage high-impact pilot/special projects from concept to successful launch in production.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, crafting comprehensive plans and communication strategies to guide execution.
  • Assess the viability of new concepts or approaches by continuously providing feedback to the Product department and other stakeholders.
  • Utilize data insights to make informed decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
  • Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets and resource allocation.
  • Ensure documentation and processes are fully created for successful launch into production.
  • Create and adapt training materials to onboard the workforce effectively.
  • Manage CloudWorkers workforce by ensuring readiness in new use cases and tooling.
  • Define quality standards with stakeholders and ensure project outputs meet quality standards through reviews and audits.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology developments, validating them for CloudFactory and our Clients.
  • Engage with stakeholders, manage their expectations, and provide regular updates.
  • Resolve project issues, manage scope changes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
  • Lead and coordinate the project team, assigning tasks and fostering a collaborative environment.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and location. This role is remote but may require occasional in-office work during United States business hours (Eastern Standard Time). We look forward to receiving your application.
