**Position Overview:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Global Operations Specialist to support our sales and operations teams in a fast-paced environment. This role involves managing customer interactions, coordinating orders, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, responding to 50-75 calls/day and 50-75 emails/day in a timely and professional manner.
  • Accurately enter customer orders into the company's ERP system to ensure efficient order processing.
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders, maintaining open communication channels throughout the process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions, using data to inform business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
  • Identify and resolve issues or delays in order processing, working closely with cross-functional teams to find solutions.
  • Support the development and improvement of operational processes, contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
  • Monitor and follow up on pending orders to ensure customer satisfaction, consistently meeting or exceeding service level agreements.

**Qualifications:*

  • Proven experience in customer service, administration, or operations roles, with a strong track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel), with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Superior organizational and multitasking abilities, with a customer-centric mindset and professional phone and email etiquette.
  • Able to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes, with a strong desire to continuously improve and grow.

**Estimated Salary:** Up to $1,800 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
