**Healthcare Recruitment Team Lead**

**Description**:
As a Healthcare Talent Acquisition Team Leader, it is essential to have a robust recruitment background in the healthcare sector. Your ability to identify and attract talent for various healthcare positions must be supported by a thorough understanding of the specific needs and requirements of these roles.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering their growth and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and performance data to optimize strategies and achieve recruitment targets.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential closures and exceed monthly targets.
- Embrace a commission-driven mindset that fuels your ambition.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, administration, or a related field.
- Minimum (3) three years of experience in Healthcare recruitment positions, including at least (2) years in a commission-based role, showcasing your deal-closing skills.

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office suite and ATS systems.
- An energetic, driven personality that aligns with commission-focused success.
- A track record of consistently achieving and surpassing sales or closure targets.
- Strong sense of ownership and belonging within a team-driven environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead and direct teams toward achieving goals and targets.
