About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Middle International Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, building sourcing strategies, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations.
Job Description: The Middle International Recruiter plays a crucial role in ensuring candidates have a positive recruitment experience and possesses comprehensive knowledge of employment options aligned with the possibilities and collaboration policies in different countries. This includes conducting feasibility checks for collaboration with future employees, collaborating closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process, and contributing to the overall success of our projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and reaching out to potential candidates through various channels, including international job boards, social media, and networking
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified IT professionals globally to meet current and future hiring needs in different countries
- Conducting thorough candidate assessments, evaluating soft skills, experience, cultural fit, and assessing available forms of employment in specific countries
- Providing candidates with information about employment options in accordance with the possibilities and collaboration policies in different countries; ensuring the feasibility check of collaboration
- Coordinating and conducting initial and follow-up interviews
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers and staffing partners to understand specific talent requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Providing regular updates on recruitment progress, addressing concerns, and adjusting strategies as needed
- Communicating transparently with candidates, keeping them informed about their status and next steps
- Staying informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to make strategic recommendations for attracting top talent in different countries
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Generating regular reports on recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for process improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience as an IT Recruiter
- 1+ years of experience in international staffing
- Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends
- Upper-Intermediate + level of English
- Advanced or native speaker of Spanish
- Understanding of the employment process in various countries, collaboration options, and readiness to consult candidates on these topics
- Experience in conducting feasibility checks for collaboration with candidates in different countries
- Strong proficiency in recruitment sourcing strategies, incorporating job campaigns, internet job boards, social networking, and employer branding
- Experience using sourcing tools to find active and passive candidates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Readiness to work in various time zones according to the candidates' time zone
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
