Customer Support Operations Manager

Position Overview:
This is a remote opportunity available to candidates across Latin America.
LinkGraph is an innovative SEO software firm and comprehensive digital marketing agency dedicated to developing solutions that enhance website performance on search engines. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Technical Support Manager to play a pivotal role in our growth journey.
Key Qualifications:
- Must be available to work in EST.
- Experience in customer success is essential.
- A technically inclined individual who can thoroughly understand our products.
- Proficient in creating Loom videos to illustrate product challenges and propose solutions.
- Background in SaaS or SEO is highly advantageous.
- Aspirations to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
Core Responsibilities:
- Participate in daily SCRUM meetings.
- Evaluate specific product categories within our dashboard, identifying usability challenges, bugs, and workflow issues.
- Engage with clients via live chat and our virtual office to resolve inquiries and provide assistance.
- Develop and implement testing protocols for both new and existing products to align with client expectations.
- Lead product demonstrations and onboarding sessions for clients.
- Collaborate with the team to address product-related concerns.
- Adapt to evolving role requirements as necessary.

Compensation:
