Finance Lawyer (m/f/d)
The Legal Department plays a pivotal role in finance transactions with various counterparties, collaborating closely with internal investment and risk management teams as well as external legal firms. This encompasses transactions such as lending, corporate finance, bond investments, project finance, and equity. The Legal Department also addresses pertinent regulatory and statutory legal obligations related to Finance in Motion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Structure, draft, negotiate, and execute finance, corporate finance, and investment transactions, including bond investments.
- Provide legal counsel to Finance in Motion regarding regulatory and statutory requirements in relevant operational countries, with support from external local legal advisors.
- Engage in negotiations on various legal matters with international counterparties.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
What we expect:
- Fully qualified attorney or equivalent foreign qualification. Familiarity with New York law or English law finance transactions, as well as expertise in capital markets law, would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Spanish.
- Relevant experience in the field.
- Strong attention to detail and a pragmatic approach, balancing commercial considerations with the bigger picture.
- High level of independence, proactivity, and robust negotiation skills in an international context.
- Strong sense of responsibility and enthusiasm.
- Demonstrated commitment to the vision and mission of Finance in Motion.
