Job Title: Technical Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our Services organization. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Coupa customers globally to increase adoption, maximize value, and drive best practices.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring our customers get the greatest value from their Coupa platform, while also driving business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer adoption strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support
  • Monitor customer health and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Provide regular business reviews and insights to customers
