Imagine a role where you can leverage your marketing expertise to drive growth and success in the Latin American region. At Teamtailor, we're seeking an experienced Regional Marketing Strategist LATAM to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned marketer with 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the SaaS industry. As our ideal candidate, you'll have a strong background in developing and executing regional marketing strategies that engage and connect with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help discover, plan, and execute on new marketing opportunities in the LATAM market within our ICPs, as well as the broader HR-tech space.
  • Define and develop branding, content, events, webinars, and campaigns in line with strategy for your market.
  • Map and search for data and information that contribute to generating insights for the local market.
  • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders such as marketing, sales, partnership, and third-party suppliers like copywriters, animators, and videographers.
  • Plan and manage goals, activities, and KPIs and follow up with tracking through Salesforce and Google Analytics.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of prior experience in Marketing B2B, a plus if you have experience from the Saas industry.
  • Proactive with a strong 'doer' attitude, always ready to take initiative and drive results.
  • Solution-oriented, with work structure, good time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Analytical, tech-savvy, and data-driven?
  • Creative and think outside the box.
  • Can work independently and are comfortable working with tools like Notion, Excel/Sheets, Canva, and Salesforce.
  • Curious to truly understand our product (to the core) and our business.
  • An exceptional communicator and collaborator who speaks fluently English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • Bonus if you speak Portuguese.
