**Job Overview:**
This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape a growing regional business with significant market potential. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing regional strategies aligned with corporate goals, driving revenue growth, and building a high-performing team.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional strategies to enhance market presence in the Forex industry
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing ones
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant processes within the region
- Collaborate with other business units to ensure alignment with global company goals
- Build and lead a high-performing regional team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and ambition
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the Forex industry, with a specific focus on the LATAM region
- Strong understanding of Forex markets, trading platforms, and regulatory environments in LATAM
- Proven track record of driving business growth, achieving financial targets, and leading successful regional expansions
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required; proficiency in additional languages spoken in the LATAM region is a plus
**Salary and Benefits:**
The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
