Job Description

">

We're seeking a seasoned professional to drive growth marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, content marketing, webinars, and paid ads. As our Chief Growth Strategist, you'll be responsible for prospecting, building a sales pipeline, and taking ownership of both marketing and sales functions.

You'll serve as the face of our brand, hosting webinars, participating in podcasts, and attending key industry events to evangelize our services and expertise. Your mission will be to build and nurture relationships with small e-commerce and FBA brands, driving client success and scaling growth.

  • Drive and execute growth marketing strategies across various channels">

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

">

5+ years of experience in growth or digital marketing, with a track record of driving results and scaling businesses

">

4+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years working with service agencies

">

1+ year of experience working in e-commerce, particularly with small brands (experience with Amazon is a nice-to-have)

">

Confident communicator and public speaker, with experience hosting webinars, speaking at events, or appearing on podcasts

">

Strong ability to manage client relationships, deliver results across multiple accounts, and lead from the front

">

Proactive mindset with a proven ability to take ownership and drive projects from start to finish

">

Deep understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, content marketing) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush)

">

Ability to juggle multiple growth initiatives and ensure timely, successful outcomes

Creative problem-solver who can develop innovative strategies for business growth
