A Day in the Life of an Insurance Claim Status Support Specialist

You will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, updating them on the status of their insurance claims and resolving any concerns they may have. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will ensure that our clients feel supported every step of the way.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide courteous and professional customer service to our clients.
  • Update clients on the status of their insurance claims accurately and promptly.
  • Handle a high volume of calls while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Resolve client complaints, concerns, and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Build trust and effective relationships with clients by actively listening to their needs.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • English proficiency at a C1 level or higher.
  • 1-2 years of related experience or equivalent.
  • A strong understanding of first-party insurance litigation.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels and diverse backgrounds.
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Estimated Salary: $25,000 - $35,000 per year
