Job Title: Marketing and Partnerships Coordinator

Location: Remote (EST Time Zones)

Salary Range: up to 2000 USD


Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM (EST)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging graphics, decks, and other marketing materials using Canva, or similar design software to support sales, partnerships, and brand initiatives.
  • Brand Management: Assist in maintaining the company's visual identity by creating marketing materials, managing show stands, developing presentations, and overseeing website and social media content.
  • Partnership Coordination: Develop and maintain partnership information and promote partner programs internally.
  • Administrative Support: Handle scheduling, file organization, and data reporting tasks to support the marketing team.
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning events, including managing advertising materials, coordinating show stands, reporting on attendance, and handling post-event follow-up.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with another marketing coordinator to align on major projects and ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Design Coordination: Create graphics on-the-fly and collaborate with the graphic designer as needed to meet project goals.


Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency in Canva, or other design software and keen creative eye.
  • Experience using Hubspot CRM or Marketing Tools
  • Experience in creating marketing materials, managing partnerships, and supporting events.
  • Excellent English language skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment.


Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience in events or hospitality/restaurant industries.
  • A degree in design or a related field.
  • Previous experience in partnership management.
