You'll be responsible for developing and executing outbound strategies to generate new leads and book appointments with potential clients. This involves identifying decision-makers, nurturing relationships, and optimizing appointment-setting processes to ensure a high conversion rate from leads to qualified opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you'll need proven success in appointment setting and outbound lead generation (minimum 2-3 years in sales or business development). Strong experience connecting with prospects, creating opportunities, and converting leads into appointments is essential.
We offer a competitive $70,000 - $100,000 per year salary, plus performance-based incentives. You'll also enjoy location independence, 15 paid leave days, quarterly bonuses, and annual salary increases based on performance.
