What You Can Expect

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely financial information and analytical support to Zimmer Biomet in the assigned functional area of Commissions for the US Sales Channel. This role requires strong analytical skills, business modeling expertise, and excellent communication skills to drive fact-based decisions that support business growth.

  • Supports rep & territory level compensation modeling
  • Provides cost structure modeling based on territory consolidations
  • Develops processes to track and monitor savings initiatives associated with Project Optima
  • Provides consistent reporting on rep compensation for wave one territories to aid in measuring the success of the program or need for changes/modification

A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required, along with 3-5 years of experience in an analyst or accounting role. Travel expectations are up to 5%.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off. The estimated annual salary for this position is $95,000, based on industry standards and market research.
