As the Manager of HubSpot's Brazil Customer Success Team, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of customer success in Brazil and contribute to the company's mission of empowering businesses to grow better.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer success strategies that drive growth and retention in the Brazilian market.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers who are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
- Analyze customer feedback and use data to inform product development and service offerings.
- Champion initiatives that promote diversity, inclusion and belonging within the team and across the organization.
- Contribute to regional and organization-wide initiatives focused on driving growth and innovation in the Brazilian market.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a marketing or software company.
- Proven track record of driving growth and innovation in customer success.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform business decisions.
- Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, with excellent writing and speaking skills.
