Requisitos:
1. Experiencia como director o gerente en el cargo especificado.
2. Profesional culminado.
3. Trayectoria en roles de servicio al cliente o diseño de experiencias en empresas de servicios.
4. Conocimiento en el sector de servicios.
5. Manejo de herramientas tecnológicas: CRMs (como Salesforce, HubSpot), plataformas de análisis de datos y software de retroalimentación del cliente.
Conocimientos específicos:
1. Metodologías de Customer Experience (CX): familiaridad con conceptos como Customer Journey Mapping, Voice of Customer (VoC) y diseño de servicios (Service Design).
2. Indicadores de desempeño: Comprensión de métricas como Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Effort Score (CES) y Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
3. Tendencias actuales: Conocimiento de cómo la tecnología (IA, chatbots, personalización) está transformando la experiencia del cliente.
