Recruiting top-tier therapists is critical to our success, and we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us attract, engage, and hire the best clinical professionals.
This role blends talent acquisition, sourcing, and marketing, requiring a strategic thinker who can leverage recruitment marketing, digital tools, and outreach techniques to build a strong pipeline of therapist candidates.
Position Overview The Talent Acquisition Specialist will focus on identifying, attracting, and engaging therapist candidates through proactive sourcing, targeted marketing, and employer branding strategies.
This role requires a mix of candidate outreach, recruitment marketing, and lead generation skills to ensure a steady flow of high-quality applicants.
Key Responsibilities Talent Sourcing & Outreach Develop and implement strategic sourcing techniques to attract licensed therapists and behavioral health professionals.
Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, and online communities to identify top talent.
Conduct outreach campaigns (email, social media, and direct messaging) to engage passive candidates and encourage applications.
Build and maintain a database of potential candidates using an Applicant Tracking System (Zoho Recruit or similar).
Recruitment & Lead Generation Generate qualified leads through digital outreach, cold sourcing, and networking strategies.
Optimize job postings and recruitment ads to increase visibility and attract top-tier candidates.
Conduct resume screenings and pre-interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
Marketing & Employer Branding Develop and execute social media recruitment campaigns to enhance employer branding.
Create email marketing campaigns to nurture and engage potential candidates.
Utilize tools to design and distribute recruitment content.
Analyze recruitment marketing performance and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment marketing, or sourcing (healthcare or behavioral health experience preferred).
Experience in lead generation and proactive candidate outreach.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Zoho Recruit preferred), LinkedIn, and digital marketing tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling outreach messages and marketing content.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects independently.
Requirements What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment marketing, or sourcing (healthcare or behavioral health experience preferred).
Experience in lead generation and proactive candidate outreach.

Strong skills in handling sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
Experience working with Healthcare companies is preferred but not required.
Experience working remotely is preferred but not required.
