This role will work within Build and Run Operations – Identity & Access Management (IAM) team and will be primarily managing the daily operations of the Main Directory Services and Cloud Identity service.
For any issues related to the directory services globally within the DHL Group environment, you are our superhero.
The same applies when it comes to managing, proposing, and implementing all necessary changes to the directory services infrastructure to ensure it meets the business agreed SLA and provides quality service support globally.
The services within IAM such as Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft AD LDS, Entra ID, and Hyper-V are all in your support league.

Here's what we are looking for: As a System Support Specialist, having hands-on experience in Windows Server management and Hyper-V virtualization is a huge plus.
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Directory Environment (Active Directory & Entra ID) will also be an integral part of this role.
You are a System Support aficionado; therefore, you have a good understanding of Identity Provider & Directory Server.
You are able to work independently, prioritize, and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure.
Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
