**Role Description**:
This is a remote role for a Bilingual Virtual Medical Assistant - (English & Spanish). As a Virtual Medical Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to healthcare professionals, including scheduling appointments, managing medical records, assisting with patient care, and utilizing medical terminology. You will primarily communicate in Spanish and English to effectively assist Spanish-speaking patients.

**Qualifications**
- Experience with handling patient care, scheduling appointments, updating patient records.
- Fluency in Spanish & English for effective communication
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in US healthcare setting.
- Medical Assistant certification or relevant education
- Experience with maintaining Documentations, Spread Sheets.
- Experience with Prior Authorizations & Eligibility Verification.
- Experience with calling leads, developing leads and sales, closing leads.
