**Care VMA Health is Urgently Hiring Virtual Medical Scribe (Spanish Speaker)**

**Work Location: Remote**

**Role Description**:
This is a remote role for a Billingual Virtual Medical Scribe - (English & Spanish). We are looking for a detail-oriented Bilingual Virtual Medical Scribe who is fluent in both English and Spanish. In this role, you will assist healthcare providers by documenting patient encounters in real-time, ensuring accurate and efficient medical records.

**Role Requirements**:

- Experience with Patient Care and handling Medical Records
- Fluency in Spanish & English for effective communication
- Experience in US healthcare setting.
- Medical Assistant certification or relevant education
- Experience with maintaining Documentations, Spread Sheets.
- Listen to and transcribe patient encounters accurately in English and Spanish.
- Record patient history, physical exam notes, treatment plans, and medical diagnoses in real-time.
- Organize and update electronic medical records (EMR) to reflect accurate and up-to-date patient information.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality regulations.
- Assist with patient communication as needed.
