**The Position**
- The Innovation Manager is a critical role within the organization, responsible for driving growth and creating new opportunities through innovation. Must have strong background in innovation management, project management, and market research. Should also be an excellent communicator and leader, with the ability to inspire and motivate employees at all levels of the organization.**Activities and Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement innovative strategies for the company, utilizing methodologies such as design thinking, open innovation, and artificial intelligence.
- Lead innovative projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including startups, universities, and other organizations, to identify new technologies and opportunities for collaboration.
- Build and maintain a culture of innovation within the organization and encourage employees to generate new ideas and approaches.
- Design and implement the ideal model to support brand teams’ development in terms of capabilities, processes, and tools.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to create and execute innovation strategies that align with the company's goals.
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in medicine, business, engineering, design or related field.
- Fluent in oral and written English level.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in innovation management, product development or related.
- Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in innovation methodologies, including design thinking, open innovation, and artificial intelligence, with proven experience in leading innovative projects and strong analytical skills and data analysis.
**Desired Qualifications**
- Master’s degree in Innovation.
- Change management experience.
