**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**:
Lead Innovation Projects with SG Process Governance for Salty Category in the Andean and also lead some of the most important “beyond innovation” initiatives with high impact to the core business such as Revenue Management/pack price, PWP (Performance with Purpose), Value Engineering, Promotions and Supply Chain for the Andean. While enabling Growth and driving efficiency in the lead of all project initiatives in Regional and Locals Brands.

**Your Impact**:
As Commercialization Assoc Manager your responsibilities would consist of:

- 100% Innovation Project planning (MS Project), follow up, and management.
- Assure weekly status and meetings follow up with Multifunctional Teams to achieve product delivery on time
- Lead and Support IC creation pre AOP next to local teams and categories LATAM
- Lead and align innovation projects to be approved by LATAM and local Andean leaders of Salty Business
- Lead directly alignment with Andean commercial team of innovation performance and project status Assure Project Status weekly Reports (Task Compliance)
- Assure information next to marketing, finance, operations and Revenue Management for Revenue Forums and Cheetah meetings in order to properly approve the initiatives by Excomm
- Carry Out Capex or other investments needed for Innovation or revenue management or innovation projects ANDEAN.
- Assure a constant alignment with the business needs such as: Agile Mindset, Speed to Grow, Great5. Etc.
- Generate Portfolio Management Reports and My Innovation Dashbord. Ensure 100% of initiatives are uploaded in My Innovation including key deliverables in order to comply with Latam monthly audits.
- Fullfill the compliance of annual KPIs including Net Revenue, S2M and On Time Launches.
- Effectively interact with mid senior management level across a complex matrix of geographies, categories & functions, influencing the agenda, driving choices, facilitating decision making, risk assessment and conflict resolution.

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Bachelor’s degree on Administration, Chemical or Industrial Engineering
- Other: Project Management knowledge; Office + MS Project
- Languages: Spanish and English fluent advanced
- Experience in similar area of a Consumer Goods Company 4-5 years
- Multi Project and multi Teams coordination in a Consumer Goods Company 4-5 years
- Project Development Process is a Plus
- Autonomy and Scope: Partial Region
- Results Impact: Shared level III
- 5% to 10% GS
- Management and People Development: Direct 1 Administrative
- Relations with others:

- Internal: Management Consultin
- External: Negotiating media
