What will you do?

**The Senior Manager of Procurement, Talent & Capabilities** will be accountable to supporting the establishment of new and advancement of existing learning content, including, but not limited to supplier relationship management, category management, sourcing, source-to-settle, and innovation. **Further, the leader will shape and measure the effectiveness of learning, ensuring their maximizing the functions’ ability to deliver against of a balanced value proposition including risk management, innovation, environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG), and procurement process excellence. The leader will also be accountable for tying Procurement’s learning content and solutions in with the New Consumer Health Company’s broader learning journey focused on fundamentals such as business acumen, financial acumen, collaboration, etc. The leader must embrace agile ways of working. The Senior Manager of Procurement, Talent & Capabilities will work closely with the Procurement Excellence Leadership Team, Shared Services, HR, and engage with other functions across the New Consumer Health Company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop world class procurement talent management and learning capabilities for the procurement organization that the New Consumer Health Company can leverage to create a competitive advantage.
- Make the connection of procurement’s learning journey with the broader company learning journey, as well as the company’s strategy and goals.
- Develop business cases for functional investment in learning, while maximizing the leveraging of company-wide solutions.
- Measure performance of the Procurement’s learning journey and talent management effectiveness, globally.
- Cultivate a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.

**Qualifications**:
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- 8+ years of working experience in procurement, HR or a related discipline.
- 2+ year in established knowledge of learning and talent management.
- 2+ years of deployment of best practices and learning solutions.
- Leadership, communication, influencing, and collaboration skills.
- Experience in identifying and harnessing customer oriented innovative solutions.

Desired Qualifications:

- A relevant degree (e.g., Business, Engineering, Science) is preferred, preferably complemented by an MBA or another master’s qualification is preferred.
- Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams through organizational transformation.
