What you'll do
- You will report to Services Management Senior Manager to help build requirements and solutions that satisfy internal and external customer needs by providing support to help them achieve their goals
- you will provide Level 1 Support to customers - resolving technical issues / error messages encountered by customers in a live production environment.
- you will handling all customer issues including troubleshooting and providing feedback to the customer.
- Work in a rotative shift, covering mostly weekends shifts.
- Analyze configuration changes for accuracy and then submit those changes to the production environment in addition to conducting analysis and training on configuration issues
- Use CSG product knowledge and best practices to guide in the implementation, support, and maximization of their CSG product portfolio

You should have
- Associates or bachelor's degree in, Engineering in Information Technology; Computer Science related field, or equivalent experience
- 1 or more years of experience with Basic troubleshooting, bug fixes and level 1 support.
- Experience with Linux and SQL Server
- Experience working in the IT industry, Telecommunications products and intermediation.
- Proficient in English in a business environment
