As a Technical Support Specialist
, you will negotiate rates with carriers to cover loads that were tendered over by a customer.


Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:

  • You will be providing technical support to customers.
  • Answering basic to complex questions on functionsrelated to our software products.
  • It will be your responsibility to make sure all of the customer's questionsand concerns are answered in a highly positive, professional, and customercentric manner.
  • Provide them with a fantastic experience. Ourgoal is to WOW the customer on every interaction.

Minimum requirements:

Studies: High School Degree.

Language: Advanced English skills. B2 or C1 preferred.
